  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Ensure all items are in their original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  Arrange Transport

  Once approved, you can drop off the item at our warehouse or we can assist in arranging a courier collection at your expense.
